What is your favorite Halloween song?

There are plenty of songs associated with Halloween. Which is your favorite? I went to a Halloween party when I was a kid and this record was in the little goodie bag the host handed out. I actually still have this record.

"Haunted House" by Johnny Fuller circa 1955 and covered by "Jumpin" Gene Simmons (not the Kiss dude born Chaim Witz on an Israeli shetl) for Hallowe'en 1964 and "You Put A Spell On Me" by notorious stud (he allegedly sired SEVENTY children to match his age at his passing) Screamin' Jay Hawkins, who was drunk off his a** when he sang it, later covered by, among others, Credence Clearwater Revival.

There was a DJ who used to play the Scramin Jay Hawkins one. Back in he day when there were only two AM radio stations you could listen to. Around Halloween he would play this and kids at school would all be trying to do their best Screamin Jay imitation.

Not really a Halloween song, but I was in boot camp during October... and they started playing this song in a dark room in the hospital. They turned on strobe lights too.

There’s a “Halloween party” channel on Pandora that is pretty good. They play kinda fast and loose with lyrics over themes, but i’ve discovered some great seasonal tunes through it. That’s where i first heard “Dead Man’s Party”.
