Like guys playing violin, piano-like stuff.
I have seen girls prefer guys who are more into pop, rock, and heavy metal-based bands, and singers and classical music are heavily looked down upon as boring.

If by like, you mean date, then yes. That isn’t going to rank high on my list of priorities that he can play a classical instrument, but certainly that would be a plus. I play the violin, so I enjoy that sort of music. I have played since I was little and quite advanced.
In fact, one of my most cherished possessions is a handmade violin that I have had for a long time made by Caldersmith. My parents bought it for me as a gift a long time ago.
A guy that has similar tastes as I do will always be a plus, but not a reason I would date them. I look for personality and character first when dating. Sure, I have to be attracted to him, but personality matters most. I think we can file classical music/instruments under intellect, which is also important to me.
I’m not impressed by classical music but I’m impressed by music with lyrics and classical backgrounds. For example, conservative religious music that praises the Lord. I prefer religious music to classical, not just lyrically but also musically.
