I've always been partial to Elvis' "I can't help falling in love with you", but something a little less smarmy and a little more mutual (I mean, if it's one-sided, how much distance is there between "devoted" and "stalkerish"?), try Michael Longcor's "Eternity's Waltz". If you're not familiar with him (and depressingly few people are), he's what happens when one of the classic balladeers is somehow born in the 20th century. Plus, he followed his "Live!" album with one called "Undead!", which gets him bonus points, at least in my book.
I can't go with just one... there's dozens
moreso, since I speak Spanish and understand also Italian and Portuguese, French... so the lyrics are not just limited to English
