There have bee lots of singing drummers. Levon Helm of The Band; Phil Collins; Don Henley of the Eagles; Deen Castronovo who in Journey would often sing Steve Perry's part dead on while playing the drums; Kelly Keagy of Night Ranger; Roger Taylor of Queen, who harmonized and actually sang many of the higher parts in their songs. There are a lot more.
