Judging by comments you're looking for older eras than 20th century.

"Outlaw King" on Netflix is basically the story that immediately follows the events of Braveheart, but is a much less fictionalized story, aside from a detail in the final battle that would've fundamentally changed that entire war if it were true. I can't think of any other movies that depict medieval combat more accurately.

"Kingdom of Heaven" is about as historically inaccurate as Braveheart, but it's a good movie in most other respects.

And if you're interested in age of sail era, then "Master and Commander" could be considered realistic fiction, based on a novel.
