So many good ones. I liked most of the Marvel movies. The Star Trek franchise was good but only the even numbered movies. I liked all the Rocky movies, even the Creed spinoff.

LotR if that counts as a franchise. All three were really well done, and paved the way for things like Harry Potter and Game of Thrones to be adapted too.
