Have you ever seen this old show The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous?

Yes I use to watch it on occasion , it caught my interest and made me think how nice that would be just to be that rich and to have money to buy homes like that but unfortunately my life didn’t pan out that way , even though I am a hard worker and I am grateful for the things I have and accomplished it’s still nice imagining having that lifestyle , why I play the powerball consistently lol You can’t win if you don’t try. I guess if I am meant to be rich then it would happen, but if not oh well, I can only live my life with the cards that I was dealt , Don’t get me wrong if somehow. some way I could become rich without hurting someone or cheating in life then I would be all about it , but I am perfectly content with how my life is now , I realize I don’t need fancy expensive things to make me happy , is it nice to have? Yes if I earned it then I would appreciate it period , what makes me happy is being content with what I achieved and what I worked for , Why I only date girls that want to be a team player and not a mooch. I don’t want a girl that expects me to do everything for her , she needs to put in the same effort I am putting in as well or it won’t work period , I have dated girls that acted like they were put on this earth to be taken care of and catered to , to realize that isn’t love , that is being used and taken advantage of , When I like a girl and I am interested in a girl I don’t care how much money she makes , as long as she is independent and supporting herself is all that matters to me , I don’t put my hand out asking for her money period , I am perfectly capable of making my own money , so that’s why I want a partner that works together as a team and not against each other , Most relationships fail because of money , relationships that fail because of the money , was never love to begin with , when you truly love someone you both should be picking each other up when one of you falls not one sided period. Shit happens in life , we all go through ups and downs , having someone by your side no matter what obstacles you face is love

OMG , I watched that with utter amazement , especially back then ( such a big difference in financial options in USA compared to Australia ) , and I loved this show , being in the USA in 1998 ( sadly before Rachel was born -arrgghh ) , I was utterly amazed , by the top end , giving the kid a new Aldi for spring break and the like , I just literally could not believe..

Back in the day.

I did see Robin Leach on an episode of "Most Expensiviest" on the Vice channel recently. It was kind of surreal watching the back and forth between 2Chains and him. It called to mind Martha Stewart's POTluck with Snoop Dogg😆

Hell yeah, Robin Leach! I used to see that when I was a kid. Never watched it too tough, but I’d catch a little of it once in a while. There’d always be a crazy yacht on there.
