Did you know that Jimmy Buffet died?

Jimmy Buffet died Sept 1st. I saw him perform it an outdoor concert right before Margaritaville came out. I sat right up front at a picnic table and had many beers that day. He had not yet become the superstar that he would become but I really had a good time that day. This is one of his earlier songs that came out before Margaritaville.

There was a terrorist bombing at the Boston Marathon in 2013. There was a benefit concert for the victims. There was a n all star cast. Aerosmith, James taylor, J. I just heard about it. Only 76 years old, too. What a bummer.
He had a great attitude and lived a full and happy life, though.

I read the news earlier this morning. Two of my favorites were Come, Monday and He Went To Paris.

In December, my church is hosting a benefit concert by the Peter Mayer Group. Peter Mayer was Jimmy Buffett's lead guitar player since 1988. This is our third time hosting a PM benefit and we are very fortunate to have him available to us.
