There’s nothing wrong with it… for me personally, I just started growing tired of it after a while. I used to seek it out and listen to it a lot when I was younger, but now I don’t so much.

There's nothing wrong with preferring old music. The word "Timeless" was coined because of those old songs. Those who dismiss the old music just haven't opened their minds enough yet.

what do you consider older? Mozart, The Beatles, Elvis?

I think modern music, especially the last decade nothing really good came out, only like a few nice songs, but nobody does songs like Queen, Elvis etc anymore,
