Are Tv shows like, House Hunters, Tanked, Flip or Flop, Masters of flip, all fake?

Also what is HOA and what exactly do they do, and why do they charge monthly fees?

All reality shows are scripted in some way or another, so if you consider that “fake” that’s your deal. I personally like seeing the way they edit it to make certain people look bad or good.


As for the HOA, the home owner’s association’s job is basically to “keep the neighborhood nice” which means sellable and profitable. They don’t really allow for any kind of creative gardening, you can’t have lawn art, you can’t keep junk in your yard or in your neighbor’s yard and I hear more shitty stories about people who abuse that power more than people who enjoy living in those neighborhoods. I wouldn’t pay to be part of the HOA.

HOA was a problem for my dad. We lived on a lake and had to let the residents of our community walk within eight feet of the shoreline, even if it was basically through our yard. My dad didn’t necessarily have a problem with it, except for people with their dogs but he was told “That portion belongs to the residents”. The problem came when we had a huge storm and it knocked two trees over within that eight feet. They actually told him it was his financial responsibility to have them removed! Because suddenly, it was HIS property. Long story short, he fought it and won. At one point he went to the HOA monthly meeting to discuss it and actually had the cops called on him! 😂

I'm pretty sure they're all fake.

HOAs or "Home Owners Associations" are organizations that act like psuedo-governments and present you with rules and regulations on how you need to maintain your property and its appearance all while extorting your money and calling it an "HOA fee".

In my opinion HOAs should be illegal. Any HOA that sets up shop in my neighborhood is gonna have a bad day.

They do nothing they take out a monthly fee from the homeowners association, which is ridiculous once a month you have to pay it

HOA is housing association. More likely than not it's neighbour busy-bodies with nothing to do but find fault and rule over the neighbourhood.

Basically any "reality tv" is faked.

They do the same in Europe, like in UK: Love Island, or I'm a Celebrity, so yeah all these are shows, when is Reality Tv then you can say that's real, No Censorship, No cut off scenes... Very Welcome 👍
