Do you watch anime? How many have you watched?

Question

Not big of an anime person but just wanna know how many animes have you watched. I've watched some rom-com animes and Naruto, and some other action animes like Tokyo revengers, I really liked Baki!

Yeah whatever if you think its cartoon or whatever. But it is nice to watch it if im bored.

I did watch anime in the 1960s and early 1970s. This was all before "anime" was even "a thing". It was just "Japanese cartoons".

Now, I voted 1 to 5 because, back then, there were only 3 prominent anime series in the US.

"Kimba the White Lion" which Disney's "The Lion King" ripped off. My mom said this was my favorite. Maybe when I was very young, but by the time I could think more, it was the other two.

"Speed Racer" which was later made into a feature film that bombed. Speed Racer actually had some sophisticated story lines for a kid's show. For instance, Speed Racer had an older brother Rex Racer who disappeared after apparently having a falling out with their father Pops Racer. Speed did not know this, but Rex Racer was "Racer X", a competing driver who kept his identity hidden. While Rex/Racer X competed with Speed on the racetrack, he also looked-out for Speed who might get into trouble.

yes, I do... I'm into it and I used to draw and almost went into some animation myself

not really sure how many I've watched from start to end, but these have been a few through the years

Naruto and Bleach are among the longest of the series I've watched

and as of late... Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man are some of my favorites because the animation is just amazeballs, and they art work they've done

Ever since I got into anime in high school that's all I used to watch. Nowadays it's harder for me to find an anime to stick with versus the shows I started out watching back then as a beginner which made me a fan, so I just rewatch them. I guess I was lucky at the time and picked the "right" shows. I prefer to stick to action/horror/drama since anything outside these genres make me cringe sometimes, but I don't mind some comedy/slice of life every now and then.

Anime faves: Attack on Titan (first and favorite anime) Tokyo Ghoul, Black Butler, Durarara, Death Note, Yuri on Ice, Mha, Black Clover, The Promised Neverland, Ajin, Parasyte, Your Lie in April, Saiki K.

I’ve only ever finished 1 anime, Death note.
I’ve seen episodes of others but haven’t finished. It’s not that they’re bad or anything, I just have a bad habit of starting series and never finishing

Well people watch Family Guy, The Simpsons, and South Park.. So I don't think anybody would get on you if you watch some of these violent anime.. But I've watched well over 20+... Since I watched a lot of anime over the years..

Dargon ball, One piece, Naruto, bleach
In general I like action or sports
Baki, ippo, kagen ashura, villand saga, blue lock, and Kingdom (which is my favorite)

I thibk maybe 1-5. I went to a uni animie society and there was some super weird stuff. But I only saw like an episode of each.

And then there are things like Yu-Gi-Oh that I watched as a kid which is apparently anime. But to me it's always been a cartoon.

I've been rewatching the original Inuyasha series not the stupid sequel about his daughter who is technically a quarter demon not a half demon so it should be actually called princess quarter demon
