**Mine Was TONIGHT!!! xxoo
Last week I was talking to this girl named Jenna, who is a counselor at this center I go to. She knows I'm a writer and was asking me about my books. She's been encouraging me to publish my book series and she said to me, "I'm giving you a homework assignment. I want you to publish the first book in your series by Saint Patrick's Day, which is March 17th.
Her words of encouragement made me feel like I had something to shoot for. I've written over 200 books but never thought about publishing anything until I met her. I discovered this band called Mother Mother on an INFP personality playlist and their music is so good and encourages me.
Today was my birthday and she called to wish me a happy birthday, and she was the only one who I talked to today. I know she's only a councilor but she gave me the encouragement to get past my fears and maybe publish the first book in my series.

The pandemic was quite a time of musical expansion for me. I was already listening to some pretty new wave stuff beforehand, but with all that extra time and having nothing to do but be online, I explored a lot more genres and even dabbled in learning an instrument or two.
Now times are arguably even tougher and it’s like music has fallen to the wayside a bit, regrettably. I’m just so frustrated and angry at what the world is rapidly becoming and I’ve been getting the short end of the stick for far too long. It’s like music has fallen out of focus. 😕
Music has always been important to me. I'm not always up to date on the new stuff but it's always been a way for me to unwind and relax. Whether that means high octane rock or upbeat EDM when I'm getting pumped to go out or soothing Celtic sounds to get me to sleep. I love the sounds of an amazing string instrument especially the violin or cello. Cat Steven's or Donovan to relax or maybe even water sounds mixed with those strings. Music is the medicine to sooth my restlessness and intensity.
Music was everything from my later teens through my early 30s. Basically the 70s.
I was lead guitar and vocalist in three man (garage) rock bands and went to hundreds of concerts. I saw the most amazing bands.
Although, the most recent time for me was from about 2010 to 2020 when I was lead guitar and vocalist in a really good band. I had a really good bass player, an amazing drummer and a decent keyboardist. Things ended with the covid hysteria, though.A few months back. Not that I felt on top of the world but the music was everything. I played the guitar and a random guy with a cello passed by. We talked and eventually ended up playing game of thrones - Rains of Castamere together.
When I sing some karaoke. Some of it makes me horny (Wicked Game) and some clouds me up (I'll never fall in love again) Reminders from my past.
Was never really that interested in music, because never really understood any type of music. Most likely due a hearing problem.
it really was once upon a time

Music has always been the most important thing in my life.
not in a long time as don't drive that far now so don't get the time to tune in and chill
I just read the first line. Was on top yesterday. Got tired and switched to cowgirl.
A few evenings ago I was on vacation on a cruise. The music this husband and wife duo was playing was awesome and like you say, I felt on top of the world!
It's been a while lol.
It's been a long time for me. I have been in the grip of depression for a long time
Almost 3 years ago now. Was on top of the world for about 2 months, first and last time things have been that good
The late 90's then the music died for me.
Does someone have company?😜
