If it did, I'd be dead by now, or at least comatose. Unless, that is, I started out with the maximum possible quantity of intelligence. But that CAN'T be the case, because why would a smart being be born without teeth in a world possessed of tacos?

Entirely true. The puzzles and complex problem solving causes too many neurons in your brain to fire at once. This can lead to neural pathways becoming overused and strained eventually burning out.

While at the same time your eye muscles strain your lenses to focus on the screen while the Blue-light damages your retina causing rod an cone production to go haywire.

This leads to early onset Dementia and Astigmatism.

I would think it increases it. The Air Force hires video game champions to fly drones overseas from bases in the U. S.

I use to play video games up until I was 20 ish, and MENSA have confirmed my IQ as 164 on Stanford-Binet Scale. For that reason I'm saying no!

Probably. The more you play video games the more specialized your brain becomes. Which means you get really good at the game but really bad at everything else.
