I have this memory of a line from a show or movie, something like, "The Inevitable Heat Death Of the Universe". Anyone know where that's from?
Like "What could possibly stop us?"
"Only the inevitable heat death of the universe."

A burst of gamma radiation can hit the earth like a giant laser. Certain stairs can create these extremely high intensity electromagnetic radiation beams and shoot them randomly throughout the universe. One of these beams can hit the Earth.
I don't know where it was mentioned. A very similar phrase is used however in the book by H. G wells War of the Worlds. Its the book where martians come to Earth and attack us. They have death rays as weapons. It might very well be that you are trying to quote from this book.
that phrase is too vague. it seems to describe "death" which is by heat but now space is freeze cold so can't be heat death.
similarly if describe heat, but already now cold heat died. probably never said it.
the closest idea is "hell will freeze".
it is probably just a "meme" because stupid.
anyone who knows about pressure knows heat is eternal anyway.
