I have a VR headset, and I troll a lot. I don't say anything bad but the people I'm with sometimes do.
I used to take it semi serious, but after a moderator who was a former friend started
acting like an absolute lunatic l've learned to not take it seriously. He knows my address, and I know his. (I NEVER told him where I lived he found it off my first and last name).
He sent me food even though I told him not to, like wtf? It was nice but fucking creepy.
And he was just acting possessive and now I fucking hate him. He's an absolute little bitch.
We "raided" the place he worked virtually this is all virtual at because everyone is tired of him. He plays the victim, and said if I continued trolling that we would be gone for a long time. Does he mean jail?
Is he seeking legal advice? Can I get in that much trouble with the law?
The people I'm with doxxed their information, and "leaked" their addresses but it's public information. I can find anyone on true people search.
We just want things to change in that virtual bar, they ban everyone and that one mod is abusing his power. Do I need to worry about the police coming to my door? We plan to raid again tomorrow night again.

You cannot get in trouble with the law for trolling unless of course, you break the law by making confidential information about someone available or by posting a false information about a person or falsifying data about someone that could be detrimental to that person.
It seems that the information you obtained is readily available to anyone (OSINT - open source intelligence), which is information gathering about anyone from publicly available data such as the internet.
Unless you initiate defamation about that person based on the open-source information, you are not going to be sued in any way by any authority. You might expose yourself to the personal wrath of the victim but that is all that is going to happen.
If you live in the UK you could probably get in trouble because they've been viewing virtual actions as real actions for some reason.
In the US I doubt anything will happen legally.
Anywhere else I couldnt tell you.
