What do you think of Ryan Murphys new TV show Monsters about thr Menendez brothers?

I've just finished watching the series and I don't know what to think. I debated watching it because I don't really trust Ryan Murphys as a person but I love his shows just based on entertainment but I think a lot of what he does in his shows is unnecessary, immoral and disrespectful towards the victims and there families. The menendez brothers also have claimed to have suffered some turly disturbing, horrific abuse as children from there parents I wasn't sure if it be too much for me to see played out on tv.

I'm a massive ture crime girly and I'm very aware of the case of the menendez brothers and I always felt extremely sorry for them. Especially when you see the real court footage of them talking about the abuse they received and how traumatised they were anyone with a heart whose seen that footage can't say it didn't effect them emotionally.

I always saw these men as victims just like Gypsy Rose was and believed there parents deserved what was coming to them.

Ryan Murphys has painted these men to be spoilt, ungrateful rich kids who were lying about there abuse. Ryan is very woke when it suits him but when two young men speak out about sexual abuse he paints them to be lairs to the world what if these brothers were sisters would there story have been told differently?

I think what's happened to these brothers is horrible and it's as if the abuse never stopped even after there parents died.

In the 80s men's mental health and abuse wasn't talked about as much and it still isn't today.

Maybe Ryans story is ture but if them brothers were acting they deserve a Oscar and even there cousins have came out saying there was strange things happening in that house do you really think if they were lying they'd want to bring shame and embarrassment on there family like that.

The brothers have came out themselves saying how upset they are about the show

I think the world has been so cruel to these brothers yes the grew up rich and had nice things but none of that is as important as having a loving mum and dad. The only love they had in there life was for each other and they got separated. I know the brothers have girlfriends but they will never experience having a family of there own and to be a better farther then there's was. They never know what it is to have a real loving family.

Ryan took out all the emotions from the real footage into his show. The real footage shows the boys eyes were red and vains popping out there head as they spoke about there abuse. a lot of people are treated shit by the justice system and this story has just more publicised because they were wealthy, white and handsome but it still isn't right what happened to them. And he made them out to be emotionless psychopaths... if your whole life had been full of abuse you'd be emotionally numb
