What is your favorite movie starring Bill Murray?

When I was quite young I watched a film called “The Man Who Fell To Earth”, directed by Nicholas Rogue and starring David Bowie.


Really quite an extraordinary story about an alien who was in search of water!


It starts off with him initially crashing to Earth, U. S. A, in a pod. You will see a photograph of him as that character on the front cover of his album called “Low”. Most people who know Bowie’s music well will know that album primarily by the brilliant song, “Sound And Vision”. This is an album of two halves, 1st side, rock, 2nd, ambient.


So for any of you who haven’t seen, it starts off with an ordinary person crashing down to Earth,
He meets a woman,
He subsequently rises to fame and becomes incredibly rich,
But in amongst all this there are flashbacks to his former life with his family from the planet where he is from.


I won’t mention anything more about it as I will completely ruin it for anyone who wants to see it.

Lost In Translation.
Groundhog Day was pretty decent too, but I think Palm Springs improved on it (obviously Groundhog Day was the original, and Palm Springs likely wouldn't even exist without it, but if I had to choose which one to watch today, it would be Palm Springs - although I don't love either).
