How do you feel about Ozzy Osbourne death?

Died this morning in England, 17 days after his final farewell show which generated 190 million dollars for charity. Ozzy was quoted saying that he would die a happy man if he dropped dead at the end of the show.

Weird, since these past couple weeks I've been listening to his music a lot and also watching some interviews.

I've been listening to him since I was a kid. We would listen to "Paranoid" on road trips and ocassionally watch his shows. So he wasn't just another celebrity, he was part of my family's life.

I think it's because he got to do one last show and was happy, I don't feel as sad, but I'm still kind of trying to process it, as he's been around forever, and everything he survived, he seemed invinsible! It's gonna be weird knowing he's no longer with us.

A lot of folks I liked and respected have died in my lifetime, and that number is going to keep ramping up until I follow them.

I do not believe his death was accidental because he seemed to have known ahead of time that he would die. I am not accusing him of mental health malfunctions, he could have known he was terminally little and decided to legally sedate himself to death to avoid unstoppable sickness. I believe a lot of countries have legalized painless death by doctors for terminally ill patients at their expressed and written consent.

This is a tough pill to swallow. I have probably been hearing his voice longer than anyone else in music. However, I think we all have known for a long time this day was coming. Still, this blows.
