As a guy who cosplays and plays airsoft i have a lot of masks and my insta is all me in masks

What is it sbout masks that so many women love?

Definitely some masks like the one in your pic will work for that. You can't just put on anything and expect results though. For instance a huge stuffed animal looking head of a dog or cat for instance which will make the wearer look like a fool instead.
