The Maria Cary one makes me wonder how they "earn" their fame. When I was young and living in the Mojave desert, I found thousands of her CD's shot to shit. The gun people out there would buy them and use them for target practice.
Other factors that make me wonder...
I've never seen women be obsessed with music like men can be. I just never seen it so I might be wrong. Another factor... I have yet to meet a fan of any of the ones mentioned. Not even online yet. You a fan of them?
It's kinda like who the fuck is voting for Gavin Newsome in California... the people hate him, left and right, but somehow he gets voted in.
@Someone34 Right? I've met more men that like it than women... either because they're gay as hell or they think it's a secret strategy to learn how to get women's panties off.
Beyonce. Though I don't know why. She really can't sing. Madonna would be like the queen mum (because she's OLD) of the music industry. Which is probably appropriate since she went through that one stage where she thought she was British. And Taylor Swift might be able to claim that crown if she had any crossover appeal. Taylor Swift just has that rabid girl power draw.
I picked Taylor because she is the biggest at the moment and has a huge influence nowadays. She decides when others release their albums, it's crazy. Other's were rushing their releases so they could top the charts for a few weeks because they knew it was impossible to beat Taylor.
Butt Madonna also had a huge impact on the industry. I personally also think Gaga lead the way for a few artists. But Taylor is a whole new phenomenon.
Madonna from those and overall queen yes definitely her.
Beyoncé is often referred to as the Queen of the music industry. Her unparalleled talent, versatility, and influence have shaped contemporary music. With a career spanning over two decades, she's consistently delivered hit albums, legendary performances, and advocacy for social issues. Her impact is evident in her chart-topping tracks and strong, devoted fan base. 👑🎶

From the list you provided, I would say out of those 4, I would say Madonna. She pushed boundaries in fashion, music videos, and performance when few women were allowed to. She constantly reinvented her image, inspired generations of artists (including Gaga, Taylor, and Ariana), and turned pop into a form of personal and political expression.
Personally I would say Lady Gaga I think is the current Queen of the music industry because she does it all — she has done pop, rock, classical, she has also acted in many major films and TV shows. She’s fearless with her art and fashion, and she uses her platform to stand up for people and causes she believes in. I think true movers of the industry are risk takers, and consistently challenge current trends.
Put up some actual musicians first before asking this. Mainstream puppets like these hardly count.
I would consider Aretha Franklin among one of the music queens. I don't believe anyone after 1980 should even be considered for such a position. No, I was never a teenybopper. Music of my era sux and I apologize to all for any of the hearing and emotional damage that my generation may have caused as a result of this.
Right now, it's Taylor Swift. Many years ago, there were many female singers leading the pack.
Taylor make more money currently than all others together. Madonna is a freak show, Mariah Carey avoids public because of her obesity, Ariana plays in lower popularity league.

Lame as she is...
Currently Taylor Swift but she's peaked and soon on the way down. Sabrina Carpenter looks to take over.
Lol sabrina is nowhere near
@Rightonein I don't really know who is doing well and not, now. My girlfriend is a Swiftie, but my musical tastes circle around classic rock and metal. So, no modern artists really tickle my fancy. A few songs are okay, but not enough to make me a follower. in my opinion, Carpenter is hotter than Eilish, which can be a boon if she uses it well.
@Rightonein Billie seems to be winding down career wise. Sabrina is on the rise and I dont think its a coincidence that she's touring with Swift all the time and that her songs sound like Taylor Swift songs. They are probably doing with Sabrina what jay z and Beyonce are doing with Blue Ivy. there's a lot of money and promotion behind Sabrina and has been for years and she only broke into the mainstream last year.
A decade ago, I would’ve said Madonna, but today even Madge says it’s…
Reba. Staying power for decades of great songs.
Dolly
Aretha
Tina
Beyonce
All come to mind but rn, it's Taylor ❤️😊
Right now it's Olivia Rodrigo, no one else is even close.
Dusty Springfield. She promoted Black artists before it was popular to do so.
Taylor. Ariana’s popular but not as popular as her and the other two are both pretty old school.
I voted for Madonna, just because her 90s style is the closest to music that I actually listen to.
Queen jk I say Madonna she one pretty much started it all.
For me it is Sexy redddddd

Must be a generational thing, as I have never heard of her (assuming, it’s a girl)… 😆
