Large-scale issues are undoubtedly multifaceted, but do you feel as though modern-day feminism has played a notable role in low birth rates in the US?

Sure, feminism has probably played some role in lower birthrates. Women have options other than being breeders now. They can have their own career. They can own their own home and car. Their dependency on men has potentially been reduced.
But the far greater driver of lower birthrates is an economy that is not working for 99% of men and women. Rising costs and lower real incomes are destroying the middle class and driving more people into poverty so the 1% can hoard more wealth.
People are in multi generational living arrangements where parents and kids are living together under one roof and even grandparents are having to join them to avoid freezing to death or starving.
That economic outlook and those living conditions are making dating and marriage age men and women think twice about having children that cost about $1 million apiece to raise to adulthood.
Once again the greed of the 1% destroys the source of their own wealth creation.
People were still having kids during the Great Depression so your economic arguments are invalid.
@DextroShade ,
You're a moron. You go an inch deep on any issue. But that's why you're MAGA, isn't it? Sure, people kept right on fucking during the Great Depression. But this ain't 1923. Young people today have access to information. And contraception. They can see what's being done to them. They have witnessed the fact that their parents and grandparents lived a better life than they are living. And women are no longer faced with only being breeders. Women have other options. And more and more, those white kids who grew up in middle class families are rejecting the shitty Project 2025 economy that only serves the rich.
But you're absolutely right, that White Trash in East Buttfuck Arkansas still has Joe Bob fucking the shit out of Jolene in the back seat of his pickup truck. They have no idea what lies ahead of the and don't really have the cognitive tools care.
Feminism has convinced women and some pathetic bitch-made soyboys like yourself that it is better to go extinct than to compromise on your lifestyle.
@DextroShade ,
Oh yeah, feminism is the problem, not the fact you're absolutely repulsive to women. You can't get laid or married and it's everyone's fault but your own. Sounds like you have it all figured out. You're the victim here. 😭
Don't worry Joe Bob, with 8.4 billion people on this planet, humanity is the farthest it's ever been from extinction. And yet that's what you worry about. You really suck at math, don't you?
Or are you just worried about White people breeding? Yeah, that's what's bugging you isn't it. C'mon, say the quiet part out loud. You know you want to.
I see no reason to be quiet: yes I want more White people to procreate because we are the ones who create and maintain modern civilization along with the orientals. Also, I am a married father with plans to have more White babies, so you can eat shit!
@DextroShade ,
Thank you for self identifying as a racist.
The decline in birth rate in the US is due primarily to two factors:
1. Fiscal responsibility and the increasing Affordability Crisis.
Over the last 45 years since Reagan became President, the middle class has been dying off and it is becoming ever more difficult to survive financially. I'm almost 63 and could see this coming over 42 years ago, so it's the #1 reason why I chose not to have kids. So, when people are having a more difficult time surviving, if they are personally responsible, mature adults, they either don't have kids or have kids later in life when they can afford it.
2. Increasing male infertility.

Feminism is irrelevant.
Pointing to an aspect that can reasonably be assumed to have had a greater impact on something is not evidence that other factors must not be relevant.
That's like saying "smoking a pack of cigarettes a day negatively impacts tooth health, a lack of flossing is irrelevant."
It's not relevant. Do you know why?
Because horny human dicks have been around for over 2 million years and when you dick wants to be inside a vagina, it goes inside a vagina regardless of the vagina owner's politics.
Proof of point: Look at all the ugly people around. That's not evolution in action picking only the beautiful people to mate with. That's horny dicks spreading seed because that's all they're built to do... and thankfully so because that maximizes genetic diversity and maximizes species survival.
Those "horny human dicks" often times can and do use condoms, and when they don't, female contraceptive is also frequently at play. So non-procreative sex, which is the type of sex you're referring to, is ironically not notably relevant. Because non pro-creative sex was going to be non-procreative regardless of any other factors. A person's politics and how it affects selecting a mate (and thus childbearing worthiness) however is definitely relevant.
I'd also point out that lowering your standards for a quick nut is something feminism opposes (objectification) which lessens the chance of such an act being successful with that type of woman.
Also, the presence of ugly people is not evidence that people lower their standards or disregard traits for the sake of having sex (and/or procreation), it's evidence that ugly people can't get with beautiful people (typically) and thus have access to only ugly people. You don't see attractive people lowering their standards to have sex with ugly people. But you absolutely do see ugly people having sex with ugly people.
Sorry bud but that's 3 times you've demonstrated poor logic. 3 strikes and you're out. Better luck next time.
We don't have an affordability crisis, we have a responsibility and accountability crisis. Also the printing money and government handouts doesn't help.
Not really, not unless you’re talking about how feminism helped women get to a place where marriage is not a financial or social requirement for existence, in which case the answer is yes but that is also a several-decade-old thing. I think the more likely reasons for a declining birth rate are a combination of inflating childcare costs, pay that doesn’t go up to match that inflation, and an incredibly individualistic society.
Honestly, blaming women for the lack of babies is something I would expect from a mediocre man who can’t get a date now that dating has become essentially a free market.
Costs $300,000 to raise one child and no one is willing to be poor.
Probably more than that.
Modern-day feminism emphasizes women's agency and the freedom to make choices regarding their lives and careers. While it plays a role in empowering women to pursue careers and personal goals, attributing low birth rates solely to feminism overlooks other factors like economic conditions, education, and societal changes. It's a complex interplay of various elements, and feminism is just one part of the broader picture. 🌸
Feminism is the problem, it "empowers" women to neglect their children so they can pursue a career instead of being a homemaker. That's why birth rates are so low, men don't want their kid to be neglected and they want to see their wife when they get home.

Not just in the US, a lower birth rate is pretty much a trend in most places in the world.
Yes, modern feminism has had an impact on a lower birth rate. Feminism encourages women to stay single and to have careers, both of which make it harder to have children.
No. That is a theoretical possibility but the more practical explanation is that young people are waiting longer before they get married, they have fewer child bearing years after marriage, so fewer children are born.
100% yes.
Also BC pill.
Abortion.
The big feminism push that school, career, exploring sexual partners is how women should spend 20s... wait, wait, wait to have families.
It is the primary factor, along with multiple ✡️ psyops aimed at White women in particular to convince them that being a housewife and raising kids is slavery but going to some bullshit job or whoring yourself out on OnlyFans is empowering.
It has nothing to do with feminism, but with femi-nazism.
Low birth rate is a good thing.
Yes, obviously.
Feminism, and especially modern day feminism, has caused a lot of harm to western society. Harm has been done to both sexes, but especially to males.
I feel it is has. Yes
