Does Malcolm in the Middle feel like Walter White’s origin story?

Just got reacquainted with that series and the new 2026 one, and I gotta tell you, I feel like this series is Walter white's villain origin story in breaking bad. Wow.

No because Walter and Hal are so different, personality wise. Hal is a bit of a wimp, screams like a girl lol. Walter is more fed up, a go with the flow type of person. I think Heisenberg was Walter’s true personality though.
