Almost everyone, if not everyone has some type of bias or small scale level decision making impairment, and acting like Ed Shereen is unique from the other 10 billion people who make errors in judgment is a factual fallacy.

Everybody makes mistakes, everybody makes errors, everybody is biased in some way, everybody unfairly excludes people sometimes and everybody has things they are ignorant about.

Ed Shereen is no more biased than the other 10 billion people on this planet. He just gets more attention for it because he is famous.
