Well I see where you come from. People try to change the person who you want to be. Personally I want to get married and have kids. I want to tell them stories and teach them. I want someone to grow old with and all that. But like I said I totally understand you. It's your life and you want to make the calls. Life is either a yes or no, then it's do it or don't do it, next is I did this and I didn't do that and I am glad.
Why you have to be Anonymous? Well, when I am old I am going to be a wealthy billionaire in United States currency so people will have no choice BUT to care about me.
Furthermore, most of the topics that you mention focus on what you can GET rather than what you can give as a husband or parent. I am a giver and I don't have to rely on others.
Thanks bro for taking one for the team. There are already 7.6 billion people living in the world. The less population the better

Unlike you, I wish I can get married someday. Yeah, I can save up my money to buy one of those high-end match-making services. Then, the people may arrange a match for me. Hopefully, it works.
@_sarcasticmermaid_ I kinda hate the idea of having to deal with vomit and a child that wants to get up at all hours, and I'm worried I could pass on my depression and ADHD (and possibly my anxiety, but the jury's out on if it's genetic), but I also want to raise children with my future husband/wife (which I hope is the guy I'm currently with, but you never know.) Pregnancy also scares the shit out of me
There are enough people on this earth without them making you feel like you HAVE to reproduce. If I ever have biological kids (which I don't), I'd adopt China's two-maximum policy.

I'm 35, unmarried and have a really good paying job. I come from a very traditional family. You can't imagine what I hear nowadays.
Parenthood and fatherhood is not for everyone. Those that expect you do is probably already miserable and misery loves company, they expect and demand that you conform like they did.
Do you ever think deeply? If you did think deeply about this world, you'd also reconsider the whole thing with births and reproduction or procreation altogether.
I mean is life and existence not absurd? Is this world and reality not absurd, we come into existence to it only because our parents "wanted to" create us and "could" create us, and yet, we had NEVER asked to come here in the first place. I mean this is a world where people come into existence, and will suffer from all kinds of harms and ills over the course of their lifetime, and then ultimately and inevitably die? So HOW THE FUCK exactly is that a "Good" thing to begin with? And if they don't see it that way and only focus on the "good" things then that's why they choose to continue this possibility and cycle of suffering and death after birth
Can I ask you why? Why is not wanting to continue to repopulate an already over populated earth is immature? How is knowing we do not want something instead of following society's rules and making not only our life but an innocent child's life miserable immature. Also you used spelt immature wrong.
@CrazynKinky "Why is not wanting to continue to repopulate an already over populated earth is immature?" Like you don't want kids cause you care about the overpopulation. You are so kind. You care about the world LMFAO " Also you used spelt immature wrong." So? Is that a crime?
I feel like you can't call someone immature when you can't even spell it. I don't want children because they annoy me and I see no purpose to have them. I do not want them so there's no reason for me to have one. I do not enjoy children so there is no reason for me to have them. There is no logical reason for me to have one. So why is making a logical choice immature. Also you never approached the problem of making lives miserable. I'm not being an asshole I want to know the reasoning for the thought that anyone who doesn't want children is immature.
P. S. I do care about over populating the earth. We spend so much time focusing on animal over population that we don't pay any attention to ours.

It's very easy to be lonely, it's where the expression your alone in a room full of people comes from.
good list
why don't you think you'd be a good dad?
See TatyanaTheEmpress answer, where I explain it.
I don't want to get married or have kids either, and when I tell people that. They don't say much or argue with me because they know better.

Why? Well... it's like my personal "style" here. But if someone asks me who I am, I don't hide from anyone.
Who are you?
Defecation.
''Not all men are useless in cooking!''
Well it's the same with horse riding... women do it more but the very best are mostly male. So of course... very few top female chefs compared to men.
Sssshhhhhhh. I'm a pretty good horse rider.
@tarrycat Dick*
JK, horse riding is very fun but dangerous at the same time.
Dude, I feel the same way. Even though I'm young, I feel like I was never cut to be a wife or a mother. I just can't see it.

Have fun with your life with no kids. Definitely not for me I'm going to have 3 or 4.
I've had most of these thrown at me. I've learned to ignore them.
I flip flop between wanting and not wanting kids. I do want to get married however.
Same. Like, I want to HAVE kids, but also I'm scared of giving birth. There are so many things that could go wrong.
@_sarcasticmermaid_ I kinda hate the idea of having to deal with vomit and a child that wants to get up at all hours, and I'm worried I could pass on my depression and ADHD (and possibly my anxiety, but the jury's out on if it's genetic), but I also want to raise children with my future husband/wife (which I hope is the guy I'm currently with, but you never know.) Ah yeah, those are good reasons. YES its so scary
@_sarcasticmermaid_ you push a human out of your vagina, and then basically have a 1-2 month period. HELL TO THE NO
People in their 60s are still considered old, not middle-aged.
Bullshit. See Al Pacino or Chuck Norris. They are not 60, but 76. And they could easily pass as middle-aged.
Looking middle-aged doesn't make you middle-aged. And they are not the majority.

Well, good luck, fella!
I know the feeling... 😑
"This is usually come from science freaks." That usually comes from religious freaks.
Yeah, fatherhood is a choice not an obligation

You are inmature and everyone who doesn't love kids. And whoever downvotes my opinion is an inmature ass
Not a grammar nazi... in fact I hate them. But saying "inmature" twice, whilst trying to make fun of MyTake... it's something I cannot overlook.
