Though everyone is different, your brain becomes fully mature at 25 years old. I remember when I was 14, I was quite stupid and naïve and of course I thought I knew everything lol. In hindsight, I realized later on that I knew nothing at that time. Of course, this is just a generalization and people are forced to grow up when they go through trauma.

I know that your brain is fully matures at 25. What I'm saying is most adults on here say stupid stuff like "you don't know what you're talking about" when I'm talking about how I disagree with abortion being completely banned. I wanted to let them know my point of view as to not want to raise a child knowing I am a child. Also saying that I didn't want to anonymously give the child away without it ever knowing it's mother. I'm not saying I know all, I'm not saying that I'm an adult. I wanted people to understand that they don't know my plight. That when I say something... I know something about that, and that my opinion matters.
One person went ahead to say to me that I was worth less than dog poop in a parking lot. So, I have something to prove. That my life is worth something.

The people who say that to you are the ones who don't know anything and just think they're right without taking facts in. Your opinion that abortion shouldn't be banned, is backed by scientific research and that's what should matter. Those who disregard that are ignorant themselves. Don't take their words to heart. And you should report the person who told you that you're worthless. Your life is 100% worth something, so just take the opinions of right wing nut jobs with a grain of salt. That's what I do lol. To these people, i'm 30 and yet I also know nothing, because they're the only ones who know everything lmfao.

Yeah... I've been working on myself though... therapy, and shit of that sort has calmed me down a lot. People don't even know half of my story, let alone a eighth of my story from this post. And they need to know that my opinion does matter. I want them to understand that you can hurt a child with simple actions and words. I am letting barriers down just to allow people on here and tell me how wrong I am. I want them to not hurt someone fragile likewise to myself when it first happened. I want people who went through the same thing as I to find strength through this so that they know that they aren't alone.

Was your rapist prosecuted? Personally I think adoption is better than abortion. My aunt was adopted; her mother was underage at the time. She has been a blessing for my family and she does have a relationship with her birth mother.

No... I didn't mention this, but I've told little to no one ab this. And the only reason it's on gag is because a select few people know my name, and nobody knows the persons name either.
I also didn't want to carry through with it due to the fact that I didn't want the child to know it's mother, and I didn't want the child to live with the demons from its other parent.
So, I gave the child to the Lord, desiring for it to live a better life in heaven.

It's not easy going to court And it's definitely not easy getting a conviction I think one study said 5% get convicted so a lot of people decide not to go.

If you read the rest of the mytake you'd understand that I was placing a portion of my life into an argument that I was in two days ago on gag. Now, I still know I'm a child (Like I said in the mytake.) but I needed to get people to understand where I'm coming from. (And you're an adult who is trying to take a shortcut around life and not read before you comment.)
