Why does my ex boyfriend still have his friends watching me?

he was the one who hurt me physically. I never hurt him. we had a bad break up. we tried getting back together 3 times, all of them failed. he never liked me, he just used me for sex. he was still in love with his ex. so his dad drives by my house often and he works near where I work. sometimes I go there where he works to pick up my own things but I avoid it as much as I can. his friends watch me. I heard he got dumped by his girlfriend. I absolutely hate him. I can't work else where because it's hard to find a job these days.

his friends sound like they don't have a life and plus they should be focusing on their work more

he sounds like he's hurt or trying to see if there is an opportunity to going out with you again or maybe you did something to him that requires him to have you under 'surveillance-either way, avoid them if at all possible altogether
