My mom called me a disappointment?

When she was really angry at me. Do you think it's how she really feels?

Parents can be harsh on their kids.
She means no harm but anger. They have a lot to deal with in life. and so do you. She may also have learned that from her own parents that she is a disappointment to them...
You can ignore her or try to understand her to connect with her. Ask why she feels that way. Most likely she will not want to talk about it.
On your end, there maybe hints that that she said that.
You have no job, not finsighing school... no boyfriend... wahtever it is... between you and her.

No, those are words from the ego and possibly a projection of the disappointment she feels for herself in some way. Anger is a product of the ego + unconscious thought (it's the ego, not the true person). It's possible that she tried to live through you at some point, so when you lived your ''own'' life, she was ''disappointed''

As for your question, she might really have that feeling at times but i don't think you should let it get to you, she said it because she was angry at the time and people tend to go overboard and exaggerate their feelings when they are angry.
I think you should maybe talk to her about it though.
