I've never met a man who was good with women who didn't display high status. You are backwards rationalizing. It isn't the fact that he has a girlfriend that gives him status, it's his status that gives him a girlfriend and gets him laid.

No. it's how the man carries himself, I mean I know plenty of awkward fumbly guys who have girlfriends, and they in no way are highly regarded by society because of the girlfriends.
