My sister is 12 and in 7th grade. So is the girl that’s bullying her. She has been spamming my sisters Snapchat name on multiple sex Snapchat exchanges for months and having pedophiles add her. She has made new accounts and somehow they get put on there. She got expelled from school for sending death threats to my sister but she won’t stop and nobody will do anything. Any ideas on what to do? Here’s screenshots of her snapchat posts

You do realize hate speech is freedom of speech protected that's a basic bully thought 101 but with the death threats she and her parents are held responsible for legal actions against her. Your sister 1 shouldn't even be on Snapchat with all the people on it only a moron would allow a child on it. Hell I have a 14 year old sister who isn't allowed on Snapchat. Anyways... You can press charges since the school only expelled her. She can be charged with everything from accessory to planning of rape, murder, and stalking/harassment. Hope you look at the law and actually use it. Also protect the child before you and your family regret it.
