Watch his body language. If he's slightly crouched over, his knees are bent in, his hands are on his crotch and his eyes are flickering, it usually means the men's bathroom is full or filthy. As for your question I'm not quite sure

couple of days ago i went down to see them all and we spent a moment alone outside and he kept sneezing. i made a joke that he must be allergic to me. there was a moment of silence then he said "so if i put my dick in you does that mean it would swell up?" soon as he said it he rolled his head back in awkward laughter. O_o i was quite shocked lol

he stares into my eyes to the point i have to look away sometimes, he started playfully mocking me and gently patting my leg during a discussion. for a guy who has never touched me before now or hardly talks to me directly it was just a bit weird is all. maybe i was looking too much into it lol oh well
