Married man and married woman sharing room when on travel?

I am friend with this guy and from the start he made it clear that he wants only friendship. Last week we went on the trip with a group of friends and we arranged sleepover in a cottage and he wanted us to share a room. His 2 kids were with him and I had my son with me.
Does he realy think that it would be ok if we shared room? I don't think that we, as married people, should have close friendship like that.

If you're more attractive than his wife then he wants to bang you. Make no mistake. There is no friendship between men and women. I doubt that he has a sex life in his marriage. After the wedding the sex gradually decreases.

So what? Do you have to be married but childless to hook up? A hook up with you doesn't mean that you will become a priority for him. The priority will still be his kids. Your hook ups should be just for fun and relieve the stress of the daily routine.
