I can not see what is going on in this blurred photo ! all you need to do to discipline your child is take the child to a chair ! then mom or dad sits on the chair ! they take the child's clothed butt facing up for parents to see the child's butt ! then parent spanks the child's clothed butt with the palm of their hand and spanks the child until the child cries ! parent stops spanking them on their clothed butt , lifts the child's butt off of parents lap , gives them a hug , tells the child that mom and dad love them and then everyone goes on with their life ! thanks

You should never hit your child like you're in a fistfight. Get a spanking stick (My parents used a piece of door trim) and have them bend over and give'em a good swat. Make sure they know what they did wrong before the spanking, otherwise they'll just be confused and resentful. If it leaves a bruise or longlasting marks of ANY kind, then you're doing it wrong. As the child gets older they should require less woopins, assuming they are growing into a decent person.
