She keeps trying to break me and my boyfriend up! Ugh I'm so p*ssed! This girl just won't stop. Help?

She keeps trying to break me and my boyfriend up for as long as we have together (a year and 10 months). At first I ignored it until she started trash talking me and trying harder. I told my boyfriend how I felt and he just said he's "been friends with her for a long time" so he won't stop talking to her. But it really bothers me, any advice please?

trust me the more you slate her to your boyfriend and tell him not to speak to her u'll be playing him into her hands. Tell him you are not a fan of her but trust him he will apprechaite this. There isn't much you can really do but take the mature approach and show her you are not bothered, even smile at her when you see her, be nice as you possibly can and her 'trash talking' will look pathetic, making her out to be the bad party.

Yeah that's easier said than done though. He just doesn't seem bothered by the fact that she talks sh*t about me and tries to break us up which I don't understand. I would think he wouldn't want anything to do with her. It's making me really upset lately. But I guess you are right.

Honestly sweetie, I constantly nagged my ex about a 'friend' of his that wanted to be with him which I could see straight through, but the more I slated her and told him not to see her the more I looked like the trouble causing one and it had a reverse effect! I seriously DO NOT suggest nagging him about this, acting like you don't care WILL p**s her off more, she wants a reaction from you, don't giver her it!

Yeah I know you're right. I'm just an emotional person and I don't like confrontation so I guess some people take advantage of that.

bitch slap her, in front of him.. then when he reacts all defensive, tell him it wouldn't have happened if he had just told her off in the first place! don't give him an altermatum, that's just wrong, she is his friend,

OR.. she should have her boundaries laid out to her from him, with you present! until you both satisfied with the results (civil when around each other but no trash talking behind each others backs, etc)

Yeah I guess. I just told him how I felt (I didn't tell him to stop talking to her) but he volunteered and said he would because I was more important to him. She still talks about me but he doesn't have anything to do with her anymore (that I know of) so I'll see how it all works out.
