My girlfriend is trying to get me to break up with her, someone help?

She told her friend that she was going to try to p*ss me off so I break up with her but first she said she has to find another guy. Like I don't want to lose her but what the hell am I supposed to do?

I think you should NOT break up with her, just to p*ss her off :)

If you think your girlfriend is accepting enough, talk to her about it.

Tell her what you know, describe your feelings about her and the situation, and ask her how she feels about you now, and if she says she doesn't feel the same anymore, ask why.

You could work on the why.

You might tell her you're hurt and disappointed that she would do that to you, etc.

If still wants to find another guy, then accept her decision.

If you think your girlfriend is NOT accepting enough, and you would rather just not confront her, then don't. Ignore the situation, be yourself, and she won't be able to make you the bad guy.

If she really doesn't like you, there really is nothing you can do to make her stay. Your girlfriend is trying to make you the bad guy so that she doesn't feel guilty.

To be honest, I think all she really wanted was a boyfriend, and she got bored with you. If she liked you at the start, and her feelings changed, then she wouldn't be looking for another guy while she's still with you.

Confront her, tell her good luck on her quest to find someone better. Tell her not to bother calling her when she fails; you won't be there. The relationship is over; her friends know. It's best to go out like a man.
