My three longest friendships were: My husband of 20 years that passed away 6 years ago, but knew him since I was 16. My great friend Terry who I met on the job when I was 20, and became like a second mom, too she passed away a year and a half after my hubby did. And my sister in my heart, that I've known since I was 13. So we've known/been friends (or sisters) for 34 years.

I have been friends with twins ( girls) for 42 years and I have had sex with both and their mum and we are all still friends.
