I am gonna meet with my friends tomorrow. But i am extremly nervous right now because i feel like they are gonna hang out together and i am gonna be the one who is left out. All of my life i always feel like this and at the end it actually happens like this. How can i get rid of that?

Be around the right kind of people. It's as simple as that. Sometimes it has nothing to do with social anxiety. It has to do with the type of people you were trapped. When I realized that problem, I ended up attracting the right kind of people that I want to have as friends in my life.
