Parents: Who should be blamed more for kids in trouble?

Boys who grow up without fathers tend to end up committing crime or get jailed. Girls who grow up without fathers tend to end up as prostitutes, pornstars, strippers, single moms, victims of domestic abuse, victims of child abuse.

The kids.

Parents are people too, and have their own lives to live. Having a kid, doesn't automagically make a "pause" button appear in their life.

Obviously the guardians have duties of care towards their kids. But the teachers, carers and even the kids themselves are not wholly under the control of the parents.

It would depend on where the trauma is coming from, it could be dad or mom or both. That would depend with each individual.
