With respect to troubled youths or teens - such as mass shooters - who is to blame, the child or the parents?

I am referring to the recent case of Jennifer Crumbley who she and her husband were told repeatedly by school and others that their son was having issues, that therapy was suggested, etc. There had dozens of pages in their son's journal about wanting help and his parents doing less than nothing.

Keep in mind that these "charming" parents bought their troubled 15 year old son a gun just a few days beforehand and DID NOT tell the school - which constantly brought up their concerns - about the gun.

Hopefully the ones saying the child NEVER have children because YOU would be the sort of "parents" - though calling them such is disgusting - like the Crumbleys and do nothing so that YOUR CHILD feels the only way to end their torment is such extreme measures.
