Depends on who does it and how badly they spell it. My name is often spelt wrong because the more common spelling locally is not the one I have and while it's annoying I let it slide. However, I used to attend local scouts and the leader didn't like me and never spelt my name the same way or correct. Basically fuck that bitch.
