Why are narcissists hypocrites?

They are never wrong. If they hurt you they expect you to forgive and forget already, to go on as if nothing ever happened. They get upset if you're still hurt over it.

Yet, if you hurt their feelings then OMG they will remember that forever. What happened to their so called ''forget and forgive''? Why are they hypocrites?

Basically they can dish it and throw the first rock but oh no if you throw it back at them, it's an ''oh how could you... you hurt me so much''. They can dish it but can't take it LOL.

Or they expect you to have compassion and understanding if they mess up but you can't mess up at all. They aren't capable of giving compassion and understanding themselves.

Yes it is. Purposely mistreating others and expecting to be forgiven quickly but if you can't forgive them if they do the same thing to you is hypocrisy.
Why would it be ok for you to treat others like garbage but not have the same treatment in return?
