My aunt’s son is always hitting the poor baby. He pinches, smacks and pushes him and aggressively gets on top of him and starts hitting him.

When he gets out of hand his mother smacks him but she already spoilt him too much.

baby going to have trust issues, possibly rage issues.

Reassure he's loved, discipline.
tell him no, bad, punish if doesn't obey.
reward when he's good.
don't leave alone with brother.
look into child psychology and figure out how to communicate.

Yeah he keeps beating his little brother. The other day his mum had to hit him to stop him.

It's normal because that 3&1/2 year think that he is no more loved and all family look over only newly born baby.
Can't blame kid, he is doing in innocently. Parents need to take things understanding him rather than beating him.
