How to handle a clingy friend?

I love my friend but she’s become super clingy. She calls me every day now even though I’m busy at college, studying or doing assignments. When I don’t pick up or say I’m busy she spams me with texts. She expects me to stay on the phone with her while I’m doing my work and it stresses me out. She only calls me to talk about boys as well, because she’s obsessed with male attention. She guilt trips me into going out with her EVERY NIGHT, and I enjoy going out, but it eats into my bank account because I end up having to buy rounds of drinks and takeaways for us and now I have no money left. She just now called me again to go out with her “boy-scouting.” How do I nicely tell her she’s being too overbearing?
