How do I cope with my dad mood swings until I move out again?

So I'm back from new Zealand after 2 years and I'm have to live back home where my dad takes out his frustrations out at me

He just comes in and huffs and puffs ecerytime he comes in from work and talks like it's the end of the world

It's even worse where I live it's a small rural town in the uk and there isn't much to do

It's not like I can go with and do some walks or even go to a gym. Damn can't wait to move out of here I have 2 interviews next week

Living with your parents in your 20s is a whole different ball game. I hate being treated as if I'm some sort of 14 year old. We went for a walk yesterday and the dog lead got tangled around a seat and he just starts having a go at me swearing etc
