People who are no fun, they're miserable and want to complain all the time.
They're very awkward and can't have a conversation. They're also very uptight and worry about every little thing. You definitely can't party with them, they're the type to sit there and record everyone else who's drunk and spread gossip.

It's basic social skills that most people learn going through the school system.
I'm sorry if I've offended you or anything, but I'm just trying to answer the question honestly.
Some people can pull off being quiet and antisocial if they're hot looking. Some people might still say they're cool if they're hot and good at sports or something (I had a friend like that).
It's still annoying trying to talk to a person who can't hold a conversation though, it isn't fun.
That type of person is completely dependent on their looks for popularity.

It can be their attitude or the way they look and express themselves. A big no-no for me is when people make faces, roll their eyes or have something very smart and sarcastic things to say makes any person seem uncool to me.
