On Holy Saturday, my family will take a basket of food to my parents' church and will have it blessed. It's food we anticipate eating for breakfast or foods we'd given up.
Then Mass the next morning, have breakfast and make a traditional Italian Easter frittata. A little bit later, we'll pray a Rosary and then watch some Easter-themed movies.
My son isn't quite two years old yet and my nephew is just over six months, so they don't know how to do Easter egg hunts yet. That'll probably be next year for my little guy.

Sunrise service at church (except it was indoors again this year - too cold), breakfast (too many casseroles, tons of fruit, not enough pastries), and an Easter egg hunt for the little kids (the elders hid eggs in the sanctuary and classrooms while everyone else ate). Then it's back home for our family gathering (switches each year between our house and my aunt & uncle's "next door" - this year was at theirs).
No Easter dress this year - times are tight but it was too cold to wear to church, anyway, so - it was a great Easter, again. Because, cold or warm, dress or no dress, not enough pastries or whatever - it's always the same celebration. This event that brings it all together. The Resurrection! And if this answer offends anyone, I'm not sorry for writing it - I'm just sorry it offends you.
It is just me and I am cooking a prime rib.
When I was a kid we'd to go to church, and then come home to open our Easter baskets. A big chocolate bunny, some chocolate eggs, marshmallow peeps and jelly beans. Used the same baskets and the same fake plastic grass in them for years.
And would always wind up getting chocolate on our good clothes.

I'm jewish but, when my grandparents were still alive, we would go see them and that side of the family since they're devout roman catholic, just to entertain them. This year, i didn't do anything.

As kids we would have little Easter egg hunts and get baskets. Now we might go out to eat but that is about it.
