19 can’t get a job and can’t get a driver license due to parent?

Ok as many of you I am grown by law but this is embarrassing, I got held back due to medical reasons. (Not going to school a lot, because I was hospitalized) I have sickle cell don’t know what it is I can explain later. I am graduating next month excited but I am very depressed, I want my own money and work for it; lately my parent let me clean the house as a job so I can get paid by her. However, when I want to go out or buy new stuff no money in hand, speaking on drivers license she told me “take my time” I have a permit, but nobody in my family don’t want to teach me how to drive including my parent, I don’t have friends who would teach me either. I clearly walk to places but is getting tired of that, and actually want to drive on the road. My parent say I can just tell her to take me out to driving but when it’s time to she lazy or don’t want to do it. I feel trapped and I feel like I may not get a job due to my parent behavior 😢😢
