When I was younger damn they flogged the hell out of me. In my elementary school you come to school with your own canes. One time a teacher flogged me 20 times because I failed to submit my test early and my best friend too but she was sick so flogging was added to mine. Damn my mom flogged the hell out of me with everything slippers sticks from trees her hands anything available. And threatened to cut my face one time. Throughout elementary school I hated my teachers and I still do. I wanted to be a teacher to flog their kids too. And I hated my mom too over the years she’s gotten better now she only makes occasional threats and we’re closer than ever. One time a teacher in elementary school flogged my brother so much that he was bruised up. And the principle in my school kept mocking my parents when they filed a complaint. Adults in Nigeria believe they have a right to hit you even if they aren’t your parents. So many cases of kids brutalized in schools by teachers. I’ve experienced the beatings I hated it. When older people still say things like they can beat me I just walk out or even become more rude because I will slap anyone who tries to assault me again. I’ve told my family if I ever have a child and anyone touches them I’m cutting them out of my life and going to hurt them. 😇 Assulting kids doesn’t bring respect it breeds fear and this prevents them from being open to you about their situations. They can’t even stand up to older people because of this stupid mindset. every time I hear this quote it irks me when people try to use it to defend assaulting their kids. Like if you don’t have the patience to take care of them why bring them to this world. I once saw a mom flogging her tiny child who was shirtless under the son with a cane. This boy was literally trying to run from her by the road side like what if he had been knocked down. How do people even think

I started to understand what that means, and I agree. Spare the rod. Mainly because hitting kids now a days isn't nice at all and just makes them cry and remember when they 21 and you beat them with a stick. And now, they wondering if they should leave you in a home or bring you to their home. :)... oh boy

It is bad to hit sons, only daughters should be hit, because women have to be disciplined from childhood so that in adulthood they are not haughty promiscuous.

Did you just read what the hell you wrote? So men aren’t promiscuous? It’s mindsets like this that try to promote promiscuity in men and try to suppress women end up back firing on men. Being Promiscuous doesn’t mean you’re happy 🥱
