Any ideas please on what to do?

I live with my boyfriend and his parents. He shares a phone contact with his parents as it is a family plan and it is cheaper bit he pays his share of it with his own card if that makes sence.

Anyways his mother cones back from work and sees the mail. He is named the same name as his dad so it is confusing. They open up the letter and it is a default notice from the phone company.

We ran into some money problems a few weeks ago so his bill was delayed but he did pay it. They still sent out a letter anyways. His mother comes up the stairs and starts screaming at him. Screaming about ger credit rate being affected instead of asking if everything was okay with money.

I am a stress head and I am freaking out at this rn. I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?
