Have your parents ever fought on your birthday?

No cuz theyre already rarely see each other but never divorced. But one time i was about to watch a Marvel movie (in 2013) with my dad, but he bought 3 tickets instead of 2. I asked why 3, he said a friend wants to join us. I asked who, he answered it, i was like ok i know that friend of yours (male) and we wait at a cafe before the movie starts.
After i got my order at the cafe, enjoyed it (frozen yogurt), there comes a woman that i’m suspecting that she is the other woman aka homewrecker, she joined us on the table, introduced herself to me as a friend of my father (mind u she was in her early 20’s and my dad was in his.. probably mid 30’s lol can’t remember). But i sensed that something isn’t right, why is this woman wanna go to watch a movie with my dad and me? She was also dressed in a tight top. And i realized that my dad lied to me, this isn't the friend he was talking about because i don’t know her at all. He mentioned someone else when i asked about the extra ticket we bought. He made it up because this is his way to introduce his bitch to me. I had no idea but it felt so wrong and not good (i was still 12).
Still wondering whats going on, i couldn’t enjoy the movie because my mind was wandering somewhere else about this situation of my father and my mother and my life. I didn’t know cheating was a thing back then. And i definitely HATE that frozen yogurt and the actor of the Marvel movie and the movie till this day.
😅Long story but yeah
They are the reason I eloped instead of risking a wedding.
Yes. My 19th birthday. My friends had forgotten it, too. My mother and father got into a full blown screaming match. Terrible birthday. No gifts. No celebrations. Nothing. Just hearing them fight. It didn't help that I was terribly broken hearted at the time. Rejected by a very nice woman that week. One of the worst birthdays ever.
And I'm sorry that happened to you, asker. Had you eaten any of the pizza?
I'm sorry to read you had such a bad birthday, it seems nothing went right... at least I hope your 20th birthday went better!
I had eaten only a couple of slices, not much sadly.
