As a 21 years old is it best to save up for a house, save up for an apartment or stay with my parents for more years until things get cheaper?

Stay at home. Work 2 jobs at 60-80 hours a week for two years and you should be around 4800-5500 usd. Drive a beater, no credit card debt or spending, save every dime, and then buy 🏡.

Stay with your parents and save. You have more marriage potential living at home and having savings instead of debt. And no its not too young to be thinking about it.

@BrotherBane at least not anytime soon in most locations. Some towns in the US are losing population, and housing there is inexpensive. But it's hard to find employment.
